Construction Trade Qualifications (CTQ) are an educational training provider on the Central Coast since being registered as an RTO in 2015. CTQ provides and promotes quality educational outcomes that create stability, growth and opportunities for individuals and their families, businesses and the greater community. We are committed to making a difference through partnerships with local communities and government departments, so that our learners know we are 100% committed to their educational needs.

We care about our communities and the growth and stability that can come by tailoring qualifications and workshop educational packages to meet their expectations and goals. This means actively engaging with the younger emerging workforce to prepare them for their career in the industry and creating more opportunities for those looking for change and re-entry into a trade. We ensure there is a wide range of training experience in the construction sector, and always have an open-door policy where students can seek support after graduation.

We collaborate with local providers to ensure greater educational outcomes and employment opportunities are made available. This additional support means students will have access to a wide range of work placement opportunities, ongoing mentors, disability support and cultural sensitivity.

Working locally, CTQ offers customised training and can generate educational pathways for employees that promote the objectives and goals of an organisation. We want to help improve the knowledge and compliance of your workforce and ensure that the educational outcomes match the requirements of your project.

CTQ has been involved in many community projects, showcasing the skills and knowledge learnt by our students during their course. These include the Disability Pathway at Castle Personnel Mayfield, the balcony awning at Youth Connections in Kariong & the Garden Pergola at OASIS Centre Wyong. 33% of our students have undertaken a CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building & Construction and 40% of our students have undertaken a CPC20120 Certificate II in Construction.

CTQ acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands in which we work, live and deliver training. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and honour the ongoing cultural and spiritual connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to Country, culture and community. We are committed to providing a culturally safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
