Katrinna brings 25 years’ experience in the VET, Education and Training Sector to CTQ. Katrinna has worked in the Employment Services, Group Training, Australian Apprenticeship Programs and Registered Training Organisation fields and has joined CTQ as the RTO Manager. Katrinna has a passion for seeing students engage in their education and training goals and helping people grow, develop and enhance their skills and knowledge, leading to fulfilling employment.

Best thing about working at CTQ: Seeing a student achieve their career goals, knowing we have helped a student move from entry level training to an Apprenticeship or Traineeship is so rewarding.

Having recently completed a Certificate III in Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Business, Amy realised the benefits of education and in turn how the combination of employment and training can lead to an exciting career. Amy is passionate about learning new tasks and is a willing and eager staff member who is loving her role.

Best thing about working at CTQ: My favourite thing about working for CTQ is being able to be a part of the beginning of a student’s career in the construction industry. It is inspiring to watch our younger student’s passion for Construction.

Australian Apprenticeship Management and Administration – Compliance Assistant delivers, facilitates Apprenticeship scheduling, processing and reporting along with administration support within the RTO by ensuring the assistance with record keeping and student assistance.

Having an analytical background in Fraud and Compliance, Michael brings a skill set to the CTQ team dedicated to continuous improvement to the business.

Mark has a background in sales and promotion in a variety of industries and brings a wealth of experience in Customer Service and relationships.

Heath is a Trade Qualified Carpenter, has over 12 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, is currently furthering his education to become a Licensed Builder and has previously worked as a Trainer & Assessor in a different industry, so brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to the role. Heath aims to create and deliver training that will cater to students of all levels, maintain the highest standard and attention to detail.

Employment areas: Training in areas Carpentry and of pre-construction courses in order to result in future employment.

Rob is an experienced building professional, he has over 40 years of industry knowledge and experience across both the Residential & Commercial building industry. Rob commenced work in the industry as an apprentice carpenter, he then worked through the ranks from Site Foreman to the role of Senior Project Manager, this gave him a broad understanding of all facets of the industry. Rob enjoys training our Certificate IV in Building & Construction students and sharing his many years of experience working on many and varied projects across all sectors of the industry.

Justin is an experienced plumber and has had his own plumbing business for over 16 years. Justin enjoys training the Certificate II in Construction students and giving them an introduction into the construction industry.

Employment areas: Training entry level construction courses, short course programs, Roof Plumbing Apprenticeships and Concreting and Waterproofing Traineeships.

Jodie is an experienced Carpenter and has been in the Education and Vocational Education industry for over 15 years. Jodie enjoys educating her students and giving them an introduction into the Carpentry and Construction industry.
