Successful completion of the CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) may lead to employment opportunities, including:

What you will gain
On successful completion, students will gain a Nationally Recognised Training qualification in Building and Construction, which is a requirement of any building license application.
What you will study
To achieve this qualification, you must successfully complete 19 units:
- 11 core units
- 8 elective units.

- CPCCBC4053 Apply building codes and standards to the construction process for Class 2 to 9 Type C buildings.

How you will study
Duration and Delivery
This course is offered under the following delivery options:
- Face-to-face, classroom based (minimum duration 38 weeks).
