Is to inspire the next generation of female construction industry professionals and to encourage those thinking about a career step forward to make it happen. Currently, women account for just 11% of the total construction workforce, and CTQ is dedicated to empowering more females to become qualified in a rewarding and challenging industry. With a commitment to achieving greater gender equality and opportunity in the building and construction sector, CTQ offers equal opportunity in all our courses to ensure that there is space for quality talent to be nurtured.

Building Tradie Ladies

Construction Trade Qualifications and Central Coast Group Training teamed up again and ran our successful program Building Lady Tradies. This program focused on all aspects of the construction industry with REAL trade like experiences such as career guidance and work experience. We ran 3 programs across NSW and the results speak for themselves.
